Project 1919 maintains a strict No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the product, errors in ordering, or change of mind. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing the purchase. In the case of defective or incorrect items received, we offer replacements or store credits as per our exchange policy, but monetary refunds are not available. We value your satisfaction and offer an exchange policy with the following terms:

  1. Time Frame for Exchange: Products must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of receipt. This time frame ensures prompt handling and replacement of your items.

  2. Exclusions: Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges on swimwear or intimate apparel, including but not limited to underwear. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all purchases.

  3. Return Shipping: To initiate an exchange, please use the return address provided on your package. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items for an exchange.

  4. Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for exchange. If we detect an item is worn, we will refuse the package and have it returned to you.

In instances where packages are returned to Project 1919 due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to bear any additional shipping costs incurred for the resending of the package. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete to avoid any unnecessary delays or additional expenses.

Project 1919 explicitly disclaims responsibility for any packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Additionally, we are not liable for issues arising from incorrectly supplied addresses or for packages that are unclaimed or refused upon delivery. In the event that a package is marked as ‘Delivered’ by USPS but is lost or stolen, the onus is on the recipient to contact USPS directly to file a claim. We highly recommend that our customers provide accurate shipping details and ensure a secure delivery location to minimize these risks. While Project 1919 strives to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience, we cannot be held accountable for complications that occur during shipping and delivery, which are beyond our control.
